About Loanfinder

Loanfinder are part of a financial services group of companies. In 1999, young entrepreneur James Benamor established the group with the aim of providing financial solutions to people who were being refused credit by banks. He started out by printing advertising leaflets, delivering them on foot himself. During his first month, James delivered 30,000 leaflets, walking almost 200 miles in the process.
Loanfinder, as part of the Group have since won a string of illustrious awards, including being listed as one of the Sunday Times best 100 Companies to work for in 2008, 2009 and 2010, the Sunday Times Profit Track 100, and the 2008 and 2009 Best Company award.

 

Loanfinder UK was setup in October 2008 when James realised that many people in the UK were being ignored by traditional lenders but were still perfectly able to manage their money.  Loanfinder simply  matches individual people to lenders by taking account of their personal circumstances. What makes us so different, is that unlike traditional loan brokers, Loanfinder refuses to accept fees from lenders for recommending customers to them. We wanted to keep things so simple, so we decided to charge customers a one off payment of between £29 to £68, for a service dedicated to finding the best loan for you.
