Why haven't you got a phone number?

We don't like pressing 1 for sales and 2 for the maintenance department, we don't like being 10th in line in a queue, we don't like hold music - from what you've told us, neither do you. The whole reason we started a web based business was to make the process of applying for your loan quicker, easier and convenient for you. For those reasons we've decided not to have a telephone helpline.
