We have decided not to have a telephone helpline due to so many of you telling us you don't like pressing 1 for sales and 2 for the maintenance department, you don't like being 10th in line in a queue, you don't like hold music -and neither do we. The whole reason we started a web based business was to make the process of applying for your loan quicker, easier and convenient for you.
